Continuing our posts from the annual IHI meeting taking place this week in Orlando, Fla., today we have interviews with two of the physician recipients of the 2011 IHI Forum-Kaiser Permanente Endowment Safety Net Scholarships. Margaret Chang, MD, is the medical director for Community Clinic, Inc. in Rockville, Md., a clinic that cares for the locally under-served in Montgomery County.
